How to register
We kindly ask each participant (including all speakers and active presenters and facilitators) to register individually for the conference. You may, however, add companions such as friends or relatives who wish to attend the Gala Dinner or take part in the Social Program only.
For registration, you will be forwarded to the SAGSAGA website. Please make sure you make the appropriate choices before payment, and contact info@sagsaga.org if you need help.
Participation fees are due in advance upon registration via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, select “PayPal” anyway. You will then be forwarded to the PayPal checkout page. There, select “Continue without PayPal account”; you will be offered other payment methods such as credit or debit card. Please note that transaction fees are not refundable in case of cancellation on your behalf.
SAGSAGA community members are advised to log in first (select “I have a login for sagsaga.org”). Thus, your personal data from your community profile is used for registration and you will be able to select payment via bank transfer.

*International Transaction fees through our payment service provider, approx. 5%
**Members of ISAGA, SAGSAGA, JASAG and SAGANET can purchase reduced member tickets
*** This ticket category is intended to relieve students who are attending as private individuals and not in a professional context. Doctoral students are not included.
*** Participants from developing countries or with special consideration can contact us in order to find a suitable pricing model.
! You can’t combine several 1-day-passes.
